Are the cars insured?
We provide Full Comprehensive Insurance for all cars. It includes insurance without an excess, that means you shouldn’t bear any financial responsibility for any damage caused to the car. Furthermore please read our terms.
What are the methods of payment for the car rental service?
You can pay by Cash or Visa/Master/Debit card.
What documents do i need to rent a car?
- You need to hold a valid driving licence on your name, have held it for at least 12 months.
- Your passport and any other ID.
How do I rent a car?
You can rent a car following the online booking process.
From booking form in homepage, you can specify which area and where you would like to pick-up and drop-off your rental. Enter the exact date and time you’d prefer to collect/return your rental car.
Pick the right rental car that suits for your needs. Additionally select any optional add-ons or extra services you may require.
Fill the personal details form, providing all required information. Once your booking is complete, you will receive by mail a printable voucher. We will contact you to confirm your reservation.

Can I change the car after the reservation?
Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your reservation of a car after approving it, please call 0030 28410 71203 or reach us by contacts provided in the Contacts page.
Do you deliver cars outside Crete?
With our rental office in Heraklion a large parking just outside the Heraklion airport, you can rent a car anywhere in Crete. For your easy and fastest service, we can even deliver at your hotel, airport and port or to any other place requested. Please notice that driving (or transporting) the car outside the main island of Crete is not permitted.
Can anyone other than myself drive the car?
When there is more than one driver associated with your rental, the second, or subsequent, driver is referred to as the additional driver. Up to 2 drivers per rental are included in the price. There may be a charge applied for a 3rd additional driver.
Where can I take the car from and where should I return it?
You can take the car at the main Sissy office or we can deliver the car to the location of your choice. The car has to be returned to an agreed location in Crete.

Do you provide any maps with the rental?
Yes, we will provide maps of Crete for free.
